HEY, I'M NIKOL

I grew up in Poland and have rebuilt my life more than once since moving across the ocean. These experiences shaped who I am and how I serve others.

My journey includes divorce, difficult choices, and the work of changing patterns that no longer served me. Today, I am in a committed relationship built on shared growth and responsibility. I am a mom of two, a stepmom to one, and a life and relationship coach.

My work is grounded in lived experience. I come from a recovering anxious attachment style marked by overthinking, overexplaining, and fear of disconnection.

My hope is to offer a space for reflection without judgment, reminding you that this process is about caring for every part of yourself and trusting the pace of change. 🩷
